THE EMANCIPATION SISTERS (starring Eliza Dushku {left} as "Amy Gilbertson" and Emily VanCamp {right} as "Karisa Gilbertson" with Mitch Holleman as their brother "Garret Gilbertson) has evolved into a dark, controversial, dramatic, real series about the Gilbertson family and the people that they've come to know and love...and sometimes people they don't!

It all began when the eldest of Gilbertsons, Amy, emancipated herself from her alcoholic father and her absent mother. With a court's order Amy took her sister, Karisa, and baby brother, Garret, with her.

The series completed it's two year run on November 14, 2006 and all of it's 27 episodes are available for read.
